Trillium Landscaping Inc. is fully insured and is in good standing with WCB. We are an active member of the British Columbia Landscape and Nursery Association and guarantee all work to conform to industry standards set by the BCLNA.
Daniel May
Co-founder, BSF, Certified Horticulturalist, Certified Arborist
In 2001 Dan completed a Forestry degree in Natural Resource Management at the University of British Columbia. While there, Dan worked throughout northern BC as a site foreman in the silviculture industry. After time spent traveling and working throughout Europe, Dan returned to Vancouver to work for a landscape installation firm. He spent 3 years working as the company’s project manager where he coordinated residential installation projects, ranging in length from 1 to 4 months. In 2004 Dan completed a certification program in landscape horticulture at Capilano College, and has recently furthered his landscaping expertise by becoming a certified arborist. He now co-owns and operates Trillium Landscaping Inc.
Chris Mehuys
Co-founder, BA
Chris began working in the landscape industry in 1994 and continued to work for various companies in Montreal and Vancouver throughout his years at school. In 2001 he completed a degree in Environmental Geography at the University of British Columbia. He went on to take a position as the habitat restoration coordinator for the Institute of Urban Ecology. While there he consulted for and coordinated land reclamation projects for BC Hydro, Larfarge Canada, The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Terasen Gas, and various municipalities throughout the Lower Mainland. Chris now co-owns and operates Trillium Landscaping Inc.
